Till

User Authentication on Suspend Sale Button

It is now possible to restrict User Access to the Suspend Sale button on the Till . By Default all users will will have the required access level to use this button but this can be restricted to certain authority levels. To see details of how to do this please see Employee Groups, Authority Levels and Authorisation.

Refund Receipt Scanning 

You can now scan a receipt on a till that does not have any items currently in the basket and is in an idle state. Scanning a Receipt that is a completed sale (or a receipt that has previously been refunded) will open the Refund Screen with the transaction details. If you scan a Receipt that does not have a valid transaction or you have other articles scanned you will see the message "Article not found". details of Refunds can be found here: /wiki/spaces/ED/pages/109949482

Article Search Filters 

Further Search Criteria has been added to the Article Search screen to allow users to narrow down the search by using exclusion filters. Further details on these can be found here : New Search Screen. 

Suspended Sales controlled on Back Office

You can now scan a suspended sale receipt on a till that does not have an open basket will bring back the basket to allow you to continue with the sale or cancel it. 

Any sale that is suspended from a till will be sent to the back office to hold. By default only the same Till will be able to recall this transaction but if enabled any till can recall and continue this sale. for more details around this please see : Suspended Sales

Like Refunds Suspended Sales scan be scanned from an idle till.

Automatic HotFix Application

A process has been added to the Till, Back Office and Head Office to automatically apply any HotFix's that have been released to ensure you have the most up to date system. 

Set Extended Display to Full Screen on Log Out

New global till option so that the image in the extended display fills the entire extended display screen when the user logs out of the Till.

Receipt Printing

A Till selection choice has been added to Receipt Reprint which will allow a user to print a receipt from any till in the shop. Details of this can be found here: /wiki/spaces/ED/pages/5636199

Trigger Batch Processes Daily at a Specific Time

A new Daily option is available for the frequency when updating or creating a batch process.  If this Daily option is selected the time to run the process must also be entered (in 24 hour format).

Deals

Measure Must Buy Groups

Deals can now be setup to allow a measure to be set against a must buy group. Only weighed or fuel items can be added to these groups. For Example "Buy 50l unleaded from group1 and get 10% off coke group 2 - Xgroup ", or "Buy 0.5Kg of mince and pasta and a sauce and get them for £3 - Mix match".

Cheapest Free and Dearest Free Deals Changed to Allow Percentage Off

The cheapest free and dearest free deals can now be set to be a percentage off between 1-100% off instead of the full price being discounted.  

Stepped Deal

A new deal has been added to allow for stepped (Percentage / Set Amount or Reduction) discount. Each deal can be setup to allow 4 different steps of discount. For example:- 

Buy 2 bottles of wine and get 5% off

Buy 4 bottles of wine and get 10% off.

Buy 6 bottles of wine and get 15% off

Buy 8 bottles of wine and get 20% off.

Head Office

Goods Management

All Goods Received, Goods Returned can be viewed at the Head office. The shop selector in the bottom left corner can be used to switch between shops to view a specific shop's Goods Received, Goods Returned but can only be created and changed on the Back Office and are read only on the Head Office. 

BPMe 

BPMe is now available for all BP stores using the Enabler pump controller. This allows customers to carry out fuel transactions via a mobile phone app. For further information on BPMe, please see /wiki/spaces/SUP/pages/146046995
